A young girl named Hana lives in a small village with her family.
She is a gentle girl who always thinks of her family, in particular her great-grandmother.
One day, a group of traveling entertainers comes to her village and is acclaimed and enjoyed by the villagers.
When Hana offers the entertainers the local specialty after the show, the leader, Genbanojo, gets too excited to see his favorite food and transforms into a fox... his true identity. Genbanojo quickly turns to a monster to scare her not to reveal his secret, but she just giggles.
Desperate Genbanojo asks her to grant one wish in return.
Genbanojo is the original story, based on a folk tale of Japan, that both kids and family will enjoy!
